Cabs are a good way to visit Dubai if you're only staying a few days. The cheapest solution is the metro, but it takes longer and doesn't serve the beaches.<\/div>\n

Cabs are available 24 hours a day, every day. It's best to take a cab in high season (and if you're staying for less than two weeks), as there are fewer parking spaces available and cab fares are much cheaper than in France. We recommend the Careem cab app.<\/div>\n

Dubai's cabs are all equipped with an odometer that indicates the fare in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).<\/div>\n

Renting a city car can be more cost-effective. Especially if you're staying in Dubai for several days.<\/p>\n

To rent a car in Dubai, you must be at least 21 years old. Most car rental agencies in Dubai require a credit card to rent a car.<\/div>\n
A deposit is required as a guarantee.<\/p>\n

If you want to treat yourself during your stay, you can rent luxury cars from 25 years upwards.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

METRO :<\/b><\/div>\n
The metro is the economical solution, but it doesn't serve the beaches. It's a straight line that crosses the city of Dubai. On average, the metro journey costs 2.24 $<\/span><\/bdi><\/span> (depending on the number of stops).<\/div>\n
With two lines, the green and the red, they run underground and above ground throughout the city. The metro has three classes - Gold class (luxury), Silver class (common) and a women's and children's class.<\/div>\n
The metro operates from 05:00 - 00:00 Monday to Thursday, 05:00 - 01:00 Friday, 05:00 - 00:00 Saturday, 08:00 -00:00 Sunday.<\/div>\n

TRAMWAY :<\/b><\/div>\n
With 11 station stops, this tramway offers a convenient way to get from one place to another. The Dubai Tramway loops around Dubai Marina, linking it to the Dubai Metro system and the Palm Monorail.<\/div>\n
The loop takes about 40 minutes from one end to the other. Streetcars run every 6 to 8 minutes. It runs from 6.30 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. every day. The only difference is on Fridays, when the streetcar opens at 9.00 a.m. (it closes at 1.00 a.m. as usual).<\/div>\n
The Dubai tramway has a fixed fare of 0.84 $<\/span><\/bdi><\/span> per trip, regardless of the distance traveled. Passengers must obtain a Nol Card to take the streetcar, which can be purchased at any metro station. A Nol Card is used by passengers to check in and out of the streetcar by scanning the card at the platform doors.<\/div>\n
Children under 5 travel free, while those over 5 will need a Nol Card. Students can benefit from a discount of 50% if they apply for a blue Nol Card.<\/div>\n

This Nol card will also enable you to use the bus network. Dubai's buses operate from 4am to 1am. They run at regular intervals (every 10 minutes on average in the most popular areas, and up to every 30 minutes in other areas).<\/div>\n
