This fair is a cultural, discovery and entertainment event. It's made up of giant pavilions, each representing a country from around the world. Their architecture is inspired by the country represented, and within each pavilion you'll find the products, clothes and flavors of the one it houses (don't hesitate to negotiate prices - it's part of the game between vendor and customer). The pavilions are also animated by songs and dances representative of the nation in question. The pavilions of Morocco, India, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Egypt are particularly lively. The most impressive pavilions in terms of d\u00e9cor and architecture are those of India, China, Iran, Thailand and Egypt.<\/p>\n
This fair is completed by several caf\u00e9s, restaurants, fast-food outlets, street vendors and a corner dedicated to attractions, each more dizzying and sensational than the last. An artificial river runs through one of the Global Village's thoroughfares, with floating restaurants on its banks.<\/p>\n
Last but not least, several areas of Global Village are dedicated to live entertainment, including the very large central stage.<\/p>\n
